Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers to the destination. Shipped items can take around 12-20 days to reach customers within the United States and 30-45 days for other countries.
Please allow between 12-20 days for your order to arrive (for United States) and 30-45 days (for other countries). If more than 20 days have passed (for orders shipped in United States) OR 45 days have been passed (for orders shipped to other countries), please contact us to review the status of your order.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 15 days after receipt. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Customers are also responsible for covering any shipping charges for return items.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next please contact your financial institution as there can be additional processing time(s) before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping: To return your product, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item of high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
